Where should I park? Feel free to park behind or beside the silver Rav and make your way on foot towards the river where you will see the main entrance to the studio.

Is there a washroom? Yes! Feel free to come early and get yourself settled before your treatment starts. Remember treatment might be in session when you arrive so please try your best to be respectful of the quiet atmosphere. 

 

Do you offer direct billing? I'm able to bill directly to most companies in the Telus Health Portal as well as Sunlife and Paciffic Blue Cross. 

 

Do you work with ICBC? No, at this time I am not accepting new ICBC patients

 

What happens if it snows? I am always happy to see my clients but I want to make sure everyone is safe and feels comfortable coming to the clinic. On snow days I will touch base with each of my scheduled clients to reschedule appointments as needed. 

 

What if I am running late? First and foremost, drive carefully! You’ll get here when you get here and we will focus the time we do have on your priority issue.
